$1.6M by connecting the pieces.
Malik Consolidated did not start at zero. It started somewhere harder: partial infrastructure that never talked to itself. The work was connecting what existed and closing the leaks between the seams.
Pieces, not a system.
There was a CRM that was not connected to the ads. Funnels that did not route into the sales process. A pipeline with no automations. Each piece had been built independently by different hands at different times, and the seams between them were exactly where revenue leaked.
The connective tissue.
Sometimes the job is not build from scratch. It is connect what exists and add what is missing. That was the work here.
- Funnel strategy: replaced the disconnected funnels with one cohesive flow
- CRM workflows: automations connecting every stage, no manual handoffs
- Campaign execution: ads, landing pages, and nurture on one calendar
- Lead-to-close system: visibility into every drop-off, leaks fixed one at a time
- KPI reporting: the first single dashboard the team ever had of the full funnel
The leaks closed.
Across roughly two years, Malik Consolidated generated $1.6M through the connected system. The unlock was not more leads. It was fewer dropped ones: conversion went up at every step because every step finally handed off cleanly to the next.
