From $0 to $2.9M, an engine installed from scratch.
Acquisition Network started at zero. No system, no leads, no sales process, just a strong product without an engine behind it. My team and I built the engine, and I built the application the company runs on.
Strong product. No engine.
When I engaged, Acquisition Network had a product that worked, and nothing connecting it to the market. No defined offer positioning, no organic lead flow, no paid acquisition, no sales process, no CRM. Revenue happened in spurts and depended entirely on the founder's personal network.
The bottleneck was never the product. It was the absence of a system to bring people to the product.
Every layer, from zero.
We installed the full revenue engine from scratch, all of it owned by the team at handoff. I also built the company's application, so the engagement covered the product itself and the system that sold it.
- Offer positioning and pricing: locked the messaging that converts
- Organic lead generation: content, distribution, capture flow
- Paid acquisition: Meta and Google infrastructure, daily ad-account management
- Sales process: discovery call playbook, objection handling, role-played with the team
- CRM infrastructure: pipelines, automations, SMS and email follow-up
- Reporting: weekly KPI dashboards so the team knows which numbers to move
$2.9M, then a clean exit.
Acquisition Network went from $0 to $2.9M in total generated revenue across roughly two years. More importantly, the founder stopped being the funnel: the system runs without him in every loop.
This was the partnership that proved the model. I went on to install variants of the same system across four more businesses, and stepped back in June 2026 to focus on my own companies.
